I read this snippet off Amazon's description of Don King's Boxing for the Wii.
Mini-Games, Toe-to-Toe, and Fitness game play
Play fun mini-games to earn fitness points and track your progress with a Fitness Chart and in-game calendar, all of which help improve your boxer's stats.

I've played this game at a friend's house and although I'm fairly pleased and hope to find myself a copy, I found the career mode baffling that the supposed "improve your boxer's stats" does not seem to happen with the training mini games. In fact, it seems from the career mode trial play I did, the stats seem to go up on their own. I am confused as hell as to how to increase the boxer stats on your own since it seems to sprinkle one or two points (I think) on every stat.
Please help enlighten a confused soul here. Hoping 2K can shed some light.
Thanks!
