just played a game online..and it said I had to many penalties and allowed the guy I was playing against to force a forfeit..what would cause this?..The only thing I can think of was the fact i was trying to pick him off more than normal....any boy have an answer?

Is this a sexist post or something? Haha, just kidding man. And yes, over xbox live your only allowed a pick off attempt 4 times per at bat/inning (Im not sure which one). Same reason why you only get 4:30 allowed for pause time. And why you can only hit 5 of his batters per game.... because all of those are either cheep moves or are easy ways for you to waist time.
