How about during a free throw, or something similar. Players re-adjust their headbands, sweatbands, shooting sleeves, etc. LeBron could do it while hes guarding the man with the ball... lol :)

id like to see the crazy stuff JR smith does , just have him go crazy showing the 3 pointer sign like calderon, hes whacky but it would be interesting. How about players giving the man hugs to their teammates before tip off as well. the powder throws should be in the game, for a game winner i would like to see player jumping on the guy who made the game winning shot, or the guy who made it to just be running like crazy, or stand up on the scorer's table like dwade did against the bulls that would be sick it would make this game much more dramatic and add to the hype of winning or losing

how about player personalities acted out on court? Players like KG, Kobe, Lebron shouting at players to get to a certain defensive spot or talking to them when they make a mistake. Inherit a leadership rating in the game, and the higher the leadership rating the better that player makes his supporting cast in crunch time. Example: Glen Davis makes a mistake, turns the ball over, have a little animation of kg talking to him and Glen Davis hands rating goes up +3 for a few minutes. Things like that.
Another example would be a team with bad leaders, often getting into disagreements.
New York Knicks....Nate throws a post pass to eddy curry, he fumbles it out of bounds in the 4th while there down 2. Nate starts yelling at eddy curry and eddy curry yells back. mind you this is all in little 7 or 8 second animations. Eddy Curry's awareness rating would drop -5 because hes only thinking about how ****ed he is at nate.

I think they should have the pre-game starting lineups (only top three rated starters), then each team will have one signature highlight (Pistons huddle, Lebron James, Vince Carter chin-ups, etc.)

If team does have a signature pre-game moment, just add pre-game shootarounds in warm-ups.
