View Full Version : Playstation 3: Trophies Won't Sync, Leaderboards NOT working, Stat Cards NOT found?!

I am having some trouble with the BIGS 2 Playstation 3 version; I am able to earn trophies in the BIGS 2, but I am unable to sync them, the sync takes about 5 mintues and the trophies do not appear in my online profile.
When I try to access the BIGS 2 leaderboards, nothing shows up, all the boards are blank. When I try to view my Stat card or another player's Stat Card, I get an error that says Stat Card not found.
Can someone please help me with these issues, thank you!

I've been playing for about 3 hours and my trophies work perfectly fine. There are no leaderboards for Home Run Pinball though. Also, did you guys get the update 1.01 too? 202MB I think

ya i updated it but they dont work i have 9 trophies but none show up

I did update to version 1.01, it was like 202 MBs, quite large update. The Trophies work, but its the issue of syncing them that is the problem. I am able to sync other game's trophies, no problem, it's just the BIGS 2 trophies sync that I am having trouble with; along with the other issues I listed in my first post.
I have e-mailed 2K support and they said they would contact me within 72 hours; hopefully with a solution.
So, if they tell me anything, I'll post it here, perhaps helping others if there's a solution.

The empty leaderboard issue should be resolved or will take effect the next time a refresh is triggered on the server. The leaderboards have been (and still are) tracking so please don't worry about your stats being lost.

yeah the leaderboards are up now. :) i just synced my trophy's just fine(i pressed triangle on the Trophy's menu) it synced up nicely for me.

Also just to let you guys know, you don't get Japan/Mexico trophy till season 4.
