FANTASY DRAFT this season? 32-team control?

Please let me know if fantasy draft is returning this year, and if total team control of all aspects of all teams is in franchise mode like 2k9 baseball this year?

although id be shocked if there is a 32 team dynasty... the NHL currently only has 30 teams

i would put in madison wisconsin and hamilton if i was going to add teams

i agree with you 100%!!! i think its funny that cities lose a team then get another a few years later. ie. colorado rockies to new jersey than colorado gets the avalanche. dallas gets the north stars then minnesota gets the wild. etc...
