I doubt it because they need to know how the Arena will look. I don't think they can give out the arena plans to 2k to make it in the game.

I hear ya'. I know at the Fenway announcement they had the outline of the rink but Betman mentioned that nothing had been finalized.

Oh well, at least I'll have a reason to buy 2k11. ;)

I think they could. I mean, the NHL and teams with third jerseys gave the designs to 2K and EA to put in the game. Then once all the jerseys were actually revealed, a code was released to unlock them in the game. I could see them doing something like that for the game in Fenway.

Oh, and I also wonder if they will have Ralph Wilson Stadium in for a Winter Classic there, too.

That would be friggen great if they could do something like that, but like he said the actual placement of the rink hasn't been finalized yet. But here's hoping!

On another note it looked like Briere had a beard. I think he's usually clean shaven (of course with hockey players you never know)but could this be the return of playoff beards?

I hope so, seeing as it was in 2k9. It looked pretty good but compared to the shot of Wrigley it had no where near the detail. Hopefully they'll bring it back even if it's just for exhibition games.

Ralph Wilson stadium was in 2K9? I need to play more exhibition games or something, and not just franchise mode. :eek::p

Yes, Ralph Wilson Stadium is in 2K9 b-Dub. Choose to play an exhibition game an there is a button you hit that allows you to choose which venue it's played at.

It's the "y" button on the 360. You can choose any arena. Ralph Wilson is listed before (or after) the All Star arena, which of course we couldn't use in franchise or season mode. :(

Wow, i've always been a big EA fan, but this year will be the first I may just buy both games!!! I can't wait to play some winter classic hockey at Wrigley!!! Go Cubs......oops,, Go Hawks!
