The actual NHL cap or the team performance based cap? I honestly like the latter myself.

I would prefer a combination of the two. I want to have to work with what the owner gives me for cash, but that should still be in-line with the league-wide cap. It really has to be as close to the real NHL for me.

I hope the performance based cap includes the NHL cap within it, that would be the most realistic option. It would also make building a financially strapped organization more challenging.
