signups start...... ohhh a little more than a month from now..
the league will finish being set up about a day or two before the game comes out... a few days to play with sliders and set up the schedule
we will probably open play around the 18th or 19th

2k ron informs me, off the top of his head.. he believes the euro release date is the Friday after the us launch..
which according to my estimation would be 9-18-09
