I have just seen a video showing a skating glitch in NHL 2010 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyZReq80TJQ
I think I've just lost my innocence. I wonder if you guys can help me answer a few questions.
In case you haven't looked at the video, it shows a player doing some pretty complex movements on only one leg. Does this mean that the animation of a player has absolutely no incidence on his movement? Would it be then possible, with the proper glitch, to see a player who is skating backward actually go forward? Are the 2k physics so better that each of the skater's movements could be explained by the movements of his legs and by the position of his skates?
Well as you'll see, the video is pretty unsettling, and I'm pretty happy that it doesn't concern NHL 2k10.
