Boy ... do we a need a demo. I am getting so pumped for this game; especially since 2K9 disappointed me SO much.
C'mon 2K .... let's a get a demo SOON!!!!

I am fine with the lack of a demo right now. Builds anticipation. I am more excited for this game as I have been for a long time. Since 2k9 was a disappointing to some 2k has to be careful and not release a quick half as5ed demo just because we are asking for one. You know as soon as the demo comes out the complaints about SOMETHING will start.
Tim Thomas wears black skates not white ones....... Crosby has blue eyes but on my demo when I pause it and zoom WAY in he clearly has brown, COME ON 2K! Those are the bull---- complaints we are going to start hearing once a demo is released.
Right now the buzz in the community is positive and am more than willing to wait for a demo until the time and the material included in said demo is just right. I love demos and still wish they had a demo for 10 Yard Fight in 1984, wasted some good allowance money on that one!

stoney could you message Ron an ask him if there is a demo coming out. I'm sure if people at least knew one was coming that would be a sigh of relief.

I asked Ronnie on Twitter when the demo was coming out. He sent me a message saying September 1 if there are no delays. Not too much longer!

Good post shonuff. Just take a look at all the negative feedback about the NHL 10 demo.
It's sort of like Thanksgiving dinner. If you eat too much too early the big juicy turkey loses its appeal. But, if you eat just enough in preparation for the big meal your appetite is primed and ready. Right now I am just about primed and ready for 2k10. Waiting a little longer for the demo won't dim my appetite for the game. It's just sitting in the oven slowly cooking waiting to be presented and I'll just keep snacking away on the bits of information that are coming my way.
I think I need to go have lunch now...
p.s. no jokes about the game being a turkey, turkey can be quite good if done right

mmmmmm Turkey, the thing about my mothers turkey is the stuffing.
Its so full of good things that I can't get enough, much like 2K Hockey :)

This may be off topic for this thread, but I really hope they completely did away with the classic controls.
I'm tired of these douches online that can't adapt and choose to use age old tricks and exploits using those age old controls, like using a glitch between two keyframes at an attempt to emulate stick handling. Lame!

My mouth is watering just thinking about it. :D
Man I love late autumn and winter months...
What is wrong with me? I live at the beach, we have some good size storms out there brewing up some nice waves hence, hot surfer girls riding their boards and I'm here talkin' hockey and getting ready to head to the rink.
Like you said flexxer, I can't get enough hockey, 2k or otherwise.

Hahaha, stuffing! When I was in high school we used to use our, ahhhh, ID's to partake at the local watering hole at around 7 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning (tradition continues strong at 31 although we have proper ID's now). Well lets say I walked (stumbled) home around 1:00pm just in time for dinner. My mother asked for the stuffing from the upstairs stove. I learned that day, at the age of 17, that when removing stuffing from a 400 degree oven you MUST wear oven mitts. Let's just say that the stuffing was hurled down 16 stairs and I had some burnt fingers. My mother came in and I was, ready for this, stuffing the stuffing back into the pan.........1996 is known as being, "Stuffin' droppin' drunk"......
Now that's tangent!
