Hey 2K Sports Fans,
As we've been demonstrating over the past couple months with all our screenshots, game play videos, developer insights, and preview articles, NHL 2K10 is the hardcore hockey gamer’s choice!
The team has been hard at work rebuilding the NHL 2K franchise from the ground up. Because we’ve poured every resource we have into this game, we made a strategic decision not to release a demo. But we do want to give you a chance to try the game before it officially hits store shelves. Between now and September 15th, we're giving you guys a chance to try the game firsthand in three places before it’s available to the general public:
1) Come to our office in Novato, CA (just north of San Francisco) We are so ecstatic about this game that we will accept a visit any day of the week.
2) Check out the game at The Best Buy in New York City on 622 Broadway, New York, NY 10012
3) Check the game out at the NHL Store in New York City on 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. You will get a special opportunity to meet cover athlete Alex Ovechkin on September 9th from 4-6 PM EST.
NHL 2K10 fans over the age of 18 (or over the age of 13 if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian) can sign up to participate by doing one of the following:
1) Follow me on Twitter and send him a direct message about your interest in coming to an event: http://www.twitter.com/Ronnie2K
2) Respond to the thread about it on our online forums: http://2ksports.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2642092
3) E-mail us at contests@2ksports.com letting us know you are interested.
Please let us know which days you’re free and where you would be interested in coming to see NHL 2K10. We will get back to you immediately with follow-up steps.
