Since you guys are saying that sega.com is responsible for the lag/disconnect issues please be more specific. I want this lag issue fixed already. Who do I contact at sega.com to get answers? Please give me a url or email address so that I can bother the proper person.

That link is so out of date. I mean who still has questions about the Dreamcast? I want an email address or a better url to direct my anger about the PS2 lag towards.
