Direct dunk and Lay up button?

Please Please I know alot of people don't think it is needed and it wouldn't be if the post play logic was right. I have never seen a college big man catch the ball under the goal and take two steps without dribbling and shoot a fade away over the head backwards flip shot. He should just go strait up with it and dunk or lay it up or drop it in. Please next year will you fix this.

Yes ESPN, it annoys the he!! out of me to have a player under the rim all alone or what not performing fadeaways only to miss the shot. THIS IS THE BIGGEST FLAW!

This is by far the best basketball game I have played but the only things I have found wrong with this game are the lack of a direct dunk layup button and the shot blocking is way unrealistic swatting at shots will land you on the bench in foul trouble real fast. Most good shot blockers go straight up and catch the shot as soon as it is released not before you shoot the ball.

To me and i think alot of others, this is the biggest flaw of the game. please change it and make teh players dunk or lay in if they are under teh basket, not do a fade away hook!

I must agree about the fade away jumper under the basket. Also sometimes when shooting around the perimeter, you do a fade away instead of a leaning forward shot.

yes please add a dunk, a jump shot button, and a pro hop button like March Madness

I am actually opposed to the dunk and layup button. I think as creative and innovative as the ESPN folks are, I believe they can correct this in some other way.

The only thing I could think of would be whenever you are running towards the basket and you are open enough to lay up/dunk it the icon underneath you might turn red or have flames or something you would notice telling you it will go into the dunk or lay up mode.

OF ALL THE FLAWS THIS GAME MAY HAVE, THIS IS DEFINATELY THE

BIGGEST MOST ANNOYING. I TOO GET FRUSTRATED WHEN MY BIG MAN

DOESN'T DO A LAYUP UNDER THE BASKET, BUT PROBABLY MORE

FRUSTRATED HAVING MY GUY TURBO CHARGED TO THE BASKET ONLY

TO PULL UP RIGHT AT THE SIDE OF THE LANE AND MISS A JUMP SHOT.

PLEASE SEGA MAKE THEM LAY IT UP OFF THE GLASS OR SOMETHING.

I completely agree... Originally I had March Madness, after I realized it sucked found ESPN College Hoops and was more than pleased. However, like the rest of you I would love to have a direct dunk button, and an alley oop button. It is def. possible, and would love to see it in next years game. By the way... how do we know we aren't talking to ourselves, and that the admin isn't reading this good and juicy stuff... YA THERE ADMIN?
