Here are some important guidelines to follow for scheduling your game:
1) Check into the schedule threads ASAP regarding times you can play. Sometimes you may only have a few days, if you wait to post, your opponent has no time to open their schedule for a short window.
2) You should be checking the schedule threads frequently
3)Set a time. Don't just plan on chance happening across each other.
4) Don't just say "I'm free all week", list specific times and days that you can play or have your opponent pick from a window of times that you specify.
5) Respect your opponent and their time. If you set a time, be there and be there on time. No shows will result in receiving one strike towards your discipline record. If you can't make a time, post in the schedule thread to let your opponent know ahead of time that you won't be making it. Anything more than 15 minutes of tardiness is unacceptable.
6) If your opponent misses a time, post it in the thread so that the admin will know and can use that to determine a winner if the game is unplayed.
7) Communication is so key here guys. Give your opponent all of the info and scheduling times he needs and make sure you check the schedule threads frequently for changes and update it if you have any changes.
Correct Schedule Post
"I am available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 5pm central till midnight. Otherwise, I can play all morning Saturday. Pick a time. If you can't make any of these times, post your schedule and I will pick a time."
Incorrect Schedule Post
"I can play all week, when is good for you?"
"Hey man, we play week 2, when can you play?"
