I have waited patiently for over 2 1/2 weeks for someone from Sega to give me some intelligent advice on how to get online. I have made at least 5 separate postings to the message boards and sent private messages to two different moderators. You know what I got in return? ZIP! Nothing. Not a response.

As it stands, I can't even get online to play one game! At least most of the folks complaining about the terrible experience online have seen what it looks like. I simply would like to download a roster update to start. Not asking much am I? Doesn't the box say "Online"?

I can get online with SOCOM and Everquest but not with this game. When I get to the password section, I get an error that I have been disconnected or that they are unable to process my password at this time. I can however create accounts, just can't use them. I even tried connecting a cable directly from my DSL to the network adapter and its all the same, a major no go.

Since when can a company be so arrogant as to not have a technical support number and yet still refuse to respond to emails or message board postings? This is major b@lls$t!!

How's about an option for those who "Can connect, and can play fine with no problems."? I'd check that one :).

me too!!! i have my ps2 connected to a wireless router(so my dad and i both get dsl with one modem) and i have noooo complaints at all... i mean, i get the occasional disconnect from remote system, then there is the lag with some online games, but other than that, i got noooo complaints at all!!!

the only reason i cant finish games is when i go up more than 14 points on someone, they just decide to quit, even if its in the 2nd quater... i dont understand, winning isnt everything... heck ive played a game in where i was down 28 points at half time, and to a 35 pt deficit throughout the game, but i played to the last second!!!

Listen guys, I am happy for you being able to connect but that does not help me. The point of this posting was that no one from Sega has bothered to assist me with my connection issue even after several postings and sending private messages to the moderators. That my friends is pathetic!

Sega & 2kSports doesn't care about your problem man. The only reason I'm even letting you know (normally I wouldn't care) is because I'm in a good mood! So....we won't talk about monopolies, dictatorship's, or fashism....Instead let's pretend we live in a perfect world, and, that I had a point when I responded to your post...

Oh yeah, they don't care man, that was my point. Now let me spell defenCe, instead of defense, and pretend like that's the way to spell that word....lol...But, back to your original post. I understand you were just venting, It just seems like you squares are all the same to me, I apologize for my prejuduce.

What's pathetic is that you're relying on a video game developer to answer your online needs, but more than likely, you may want to contact your hardware developer....Sony. The two companies you should try to contact are Sony, and maybe your ISP, not Sega or Take Two.

Why would you bring this out from the dead and then argue your point?
