When importing Emeka Okafor into ESPN NBA BB, do they change his name?

When importing Emeka Okafor into ESPN NBA BB, do they change his name?
No.
Why would they? You put the name there, they didn't. Therefore any name you edit in NCAA will mover over to the NBA.

That's false. Yes, Emeka Okafor stays Emeka Okafor, but if the name is not in the ESPN NCAA College Hoops database it will change it when you import them. I did an awesome draft class with Dwight Howard, Josh Smith, Pavel Podkolzine and others. Dwight and Josh came out fine, but all the foreign guys had their names changed because they were not in the database. Same with Hakim Warrick. Why I don't know.

WTF.... How they not gonna have Hakim Warrick's name in the database? How could they let this by, he was part of the championship team last year.

Yeah McCants is in there. I don't know how they missed Hakim Warrick. They missed some other good guys too, mostly seniors though, but none as big as Warrick.

Thats the same crap they had last year. I hate how the guys names change.
Last year they wouldn't have a first name either, it would always just be the first letter and a period. Can anybody tell me if they fixed that one?

I think it is fixed cuz someone just posted that Emeka Okafor's name doesn't change.

I think to a degree they fixed it. I do believe that on the stats overlays and such they still have the "E. Okafor", but on other things, like the player cards, it has thier full name.
