List of roster changes?

Just got the game...you can't d/l updated rosters for offline play, can you? Is there a list somewhere of the roster moves to update them myself? Something other than looking at ESPN.com or something...thanks!

dude dowload the rosters, and save them to your hard disk, unless of course....you have a ps2.....the, aaaaaaahahahha
