Create a player?

I see how to create a player... but how do I put him on my team? It asked if I wanted him on my team... I did... pressed enter and checked my roster and he isn't there? Where is he and how do I put him on my team? HEY! THANKS!

Don't check the lines roster, go to view players then sign him or dress him. It does work, I made a dupe of the 84' Oilers Grant Fuhr because I wanted him to look like he does and not like some generic goon. There are tons of faces and he turned out great.

Thanks... but, what I'm trying to do is... I'm in the middle of a season.. want to create a player and put him on my time... tried several different ways but still can't get him on my team!? Only works in Exhibition. Can I create a player and put him on my team... do I have to save or something? I even tried to put him on Free Agents... nothing. What's up?

If you're in a season or a franchise, the only way to create a player is to edit someone that is on your team. So grab one of your crappier guys and edit him to you're own liking!

YEA just like orange and black said previously....

BUT other than that you cant (in season and franchise). You have to do it before you start you season or francise. You create the player and when you start your season or franchise Choose CURRENT for roster type in the options. Your players will show up in either freeagency or on your team.

I wanted to create Joni Pittkanen and had to start my franchise over to get him... luckily I was only 5 games in..... and had 7 injuries but that is a whole other issue.....
