help w/ 2 things

for 24/7 and i havent tried it in a real game but it says use triangle for a drop step. I try this in 24/7 mode and all it does is move u out of the post and face the basket. i guess this is supposed to be a drop step but its not workin. Any help?

also does anyone have any tips for full authority cuz im 0-2 and my all star players seem to suck.
