I feel this should be bumped it helped me get my chemistry up to 100% which enable ultimate practices (they are badass). Also any tips on practice schedules when you have 100% chemistry would be great. I don't think I can do ultimate practice all the time.

There is also another easy way to remember it.

If a player is saying something negative about his game or how the team is doing, etc., chose the reply one number choice higher than their personality type. If it is positive or neutral(I think it works if it's neutral), you pick the reply one number choice lower. If a player has Personality ?, you can easily figure it out after he talks to you twice (usually).

Oh, more detailed example of how to figure out Personality ?.

ex.
Eddy Curry, Personality ?
"I know the team is counting on me, but I like the pressure so you can keep feeding me the ball."

Say you think he is personality 3. Then, since he is saying a positive thing, you would choose reply 2. "Keep it rolling." Or whatever it may be...

If he is happy, then most likely he is personality type 3.

Whenever he may talk to you again, you would reply as necessary. "We just can't tread water and play .500 ball..." Negative. So you would choose reply 1. "Serious changes needed."

If he is once again happy, then he is personality type 3.

But say he is unhappy. Next week, if it was positive, you could choose 1 or 3.
One if you think he is Personality 2.
Three if you think 1.
If you chose 3, for Personality 1, and he is unhappy, then obviously he is a two.
Same goes for the other way around


I hope that helps and it isn't confusing. If it is, just say so, I'll try to explain it better...


P.S. - I believe Eddy Curry is personality 1( if not he is 3), and Tyson Chandler is personality 2
