Here are items that I would like to see in the next incarnation of the ESPN College Hoops games in 2005.
1) More uniforms.
2) Choice of uniforms for computer controlled teams in season mode.
3) Real coaches.
4) Option for shattered backboards. It's a video game. Let us have it.
5) Pregame warmups.
6) Bench animations--Players drinking water, toweling off, getting chewed by a coach. Also, players on the bench that haven't played should be in warmups.
7) Technical fouls..--Emotion meter for each player. The higher it is, the more likely they are to do something to draw a T.
8) Improved crowd--Students in student sections (Izzone dressed out in white t-shirts, Cameron Crazies, etc.)
9) Improved animations for shots under the basket. Still too many guys getting the ball underneath the hoop shooting fadeaways.
10) In season mode, let player cast votes for the coaches poll.
11) Highlights from other key conference / national matchups.
12) More preseason tournaments.
13) Ability to cutomize an in-season tournament (Invite three other schools to play in a holiday tournament).
14) More unlockables....
15) Get rid of the crappy free-throw system. They are free throws. Understandably it can be difficult but gimme a break...
16) Improve the sound--The P.A. announcer is horrible. Pregame player introductions are brutal.
17) Improved visuals on player introduction--Alternate teams and have players shake at mid-court.
18) Highlights from other games...
19) Keep Slam Session...It is sweet. Provide option to use more than one player on each team...
20) Three-point contest. That would be sweet.
21) Towel boys wiping up sweat from floor.
22) Export draft class into NBA game.
