i cruised through the regular season winning the president trophy with 121 points and the next closest team was the avalanche with 101. belfour won vezina and my backup kidd went 14-4-1 on the year. i completely dominated the league. i play on hall of fame by the way. i also breezed through the first 3 rounds of the playoffs winning 4-0 against the rangers, 4-1 against tbay and also 4-1 in the conference finals to the capitals. the avalanche also had an easy time winning all there series 4-1. we were having a great series. it was 3-3 and all games were seperated by 1 goal or less and 3 of them went to ot. i was on home ice for the seventh game and the biggest disapointment ever. my goaltending which had been my biggest strength pretty much the whole year let me down. 10 goals on 14 shots. these wernt even quality shots. they were just shots form the side boards or out near the blueline. belfour let in 6 goals on 8 shots in the first and then i pulled him putting kidd in. it seemed to spark the team and we anserwed with 4 goals in the frist ten minutes of the 2nd. but then once again it fell apart. after colorado didnt register a shot in the first ten minutes of the second they ansrewed back in the last half of the game with 4 goals on 6 shots. i outshot them 39-14 but lost 10-4. i couldnt believe it after that season my goaltenders had. i can tell u one thing forsure. they wont be around next year.

That sounds like a freak game. I play on all-star mode and I swear the game is set at a shooting percentage of about 10%. For me and the cpu. I wish more games like that happened when I play, even if a loss.
