Who are the most ovverrated teams in the country?
My personal opinion is that North Carolina and Gonzaga are the most overrated.
-North Carolina was supposed to have one of the best recruiting classes two years ago that would save the program. It's been two years now and they haven't been past the second round of the tournament. They come in ranked towards the top again this year and once again their lack of depth will catch up to them and cut their season short.
-Gonzaga advanced to the elite eight a couple of times as a cinderella team. According to some, they were supposed to have taken that next step as one of the elites in college basketball ever since they started getting respect from the media. Instead they have had early exits every year since they've gotten that respect.

Maybe UNC is alittle overrated but if u think about 2 years ago our best players were freshaman and last years sophmores...and plus we got Roy Williams last year and improved r team dramtically and McCants led the ACC in PPG while May led in RPG and Felton in APG as 2nd year players...thats why UNC is so praised this year(mostly by Dicky V) because most of them r juniors and seinors so they have more expeience and expeirence under Roy Williams can be dangerous(i.e Kansas 2002)...as for lack of depth i doubt melvin scott, jackie manual and david noel r lacking...plus freshman Marvin Williams is supposed to be a tru freshy this year

my most overrated team is illinois i juz cant see them being a contender when they really have only one true player deron williams
