Wake Forest falls Big Time

Illinois killed Wake Forest 91-71 tonight. They took them out early and fast. Who going to be number #1 next week? I think Illinois based on how bad they beat Wake Forest.

Man, this is what I like to hear about my boy Dee Brown and them Illini. They holding it down for real. I was shocked cause them boys in Wake Forest were #1. I'm hearing the hype about Duke and UNC and Georgia Tech and stuff like that. Ironically, what does Illinois get when they beat the "best?" I'm curious to see what the ranks are looking like. What was Illinois' rank before their pulled down WF's pants??

in the AP polls they are 5th and in ESPN/USA today theyre 3rd

Man oh Man here in Champaign we were going crazy after that game, it was as if everyone in all of East Central Illinois was either watching it on Tv or like me there at the game. No doubt about it if Illinois beats Arkansas on Saturday, they are number one.

I atleast thought that WF was HIGHLY overrated. They dont play any D at all. There is a reason the Illini shot 60% in the first half.

UNC really isnt playing D this year. As bad as UK shot on Saturday, they were wide open on attempts. UNC just plays a fast game and hopes they out run the other team... which they normally do. You cant say that 50% shooting for Santa Clara and 90+ points to Iowa is defense.
