Are there any Leagues to join?

I am currently in 14th place on the leader board, but i can never catch anyone in the top ten to play. I have no quits and would like to join a league so i can get some more games in. Are there any avalible leagues to join?

There are 2 SIM leagues and 1 league over at CLSN.net I believe. If you don't find playing SIM with strict rules fun then you are better off trying to climb the leaderboard.

THATS IT. There are no other leagues I know of or heard of for PS2. You will not find a different answer if you ask the question over and over.
