After I use all of my scholarships on other recruits, I am not able to get any other recruits to come to my school after my scholarships are all gone.

Even if I have a recriut who is interested in me, and does not have any other schools that he is interested in, he will not come to my school. they will end up not going anywhere and disappear.

Is there anyway to get recruits to come to your school without giving them a scholarship?
