I hate the reflection of the scoreboars and lights on the ice!!!!!!!!
Also, why does it take so long for the ref to blow the whistle when the goalie freezes the puck???

you can adjust how long it takes to freeze the puck. there is a slider somewhere in the options.

one of the big complaints last year was there wasn't a refelction of the jumbotron on the ice, which took away from the realism. So they put it in and now people are complaining...yeesh. If you ask me, I say keep it in; it's realistic.

i have mine set to 0 but the whistles blows much later than it did in nhl 2k3. also, with the slider set to 0, the goalie will often get to drop the puck out of his glove and onto his stick. before the whistle. yet the play gets whistled down then. you know, it's a live puck, it's on his stick but then the ref whistles down the play. that never happened in 2k3, it was a NO-NO. the fact that it does happen now reminds me of EA. well, maybe i should put the slider to 1... NO WAY :)

I don't mind the reflections on the ice - it's a bit TOO reflective. It should be turned down a bit to be realistic.
However, what they do need to do, is lose the reflections on the helmets. That's getting to be way too much reflection. I've never seen any hockey helmet that was that reflective.
So I say keep the reflections on the ice but turn them down a tad and drop the reflections off the helmets.
