My friend Drader have a season going and on the first season we played. We got to the All-Star game and we were so pumped about it. He was the east and I was the west. 5 minute periods, so the game was short. I came out skating and shooting the living poo out of Drader and he had a hard time clearing the puck.
No one scored in the first.
Second he had the upper hand from the slash I did on one of his guys which Drader cashed in and scored at the start of the period.
The third period was the hardest period cause I had to score just to stay in. It was close to the end of the game when one of my guys cleared the puck. It went down the ice, passed everyone, went by the goalie, bounced off of the boards than hit the goalie and went in. Drader was not happy at all. 1-1 final so we had to go into over time. That is when I put the pressure on and for 40 seconds I laid so many shots on his goalie but the goalie stopped all of them. Drader had a chance to clear it and went down 1 on 1 with my goalie...No he never scored but my goalie saved it. With us on the left side of the ice and a face-off in my zone. I tried my hardest to win but I lost both the face-off and the game. When Drader won the face-off, he passed it back to the blue line and than 1-timed it in the net. When we looked at the stats, I had 68 shots and Drader had 13. Don't ask how i never scored but all I know is I was ****ed. a few games later we had our teams play each other and yes he beat me 4-2. He had more shots this time ~laughs~
