I was at the game, the Dean Dome was rocking in the second half, I felt bad for Maryland, we owed them a good old fashioned drubbing from when they obliterated us in 2002 (I think).
Our coach Williams is better than their Coach Williams

Well....make your statement about who is better once Roy has a banner that says something other than runner up

Your coach has more talent, more depth, more inside play, more capable defenders. Please, the only debatable position against you and Maryland is point guard. Gary Williams is a great coach, so don't even use his team's poor play as a reason why you're coach is better. If anyone on the Terps besides Gilchrist could make a shot, the game would have been much closer.

Gary may have the NCAA banner, but who built Kansas into the powerhouse it is today

I'm not familiar with Roy Williams' coaching, but I can tell you that Gary Williams is a great coach, and I imagine that Roy is too.
The only point you've made is that it was Roy, not Gary, who turned Kansas into what they are. So what? Gary turned Maryland from non-NCAAs to 11 straight Tournaments, including a pair of Final Fours and one National Championship.
