I am playing in franchise mode as the colts, but would prefer to use the steelers playbook, is there anyway I can do this?

There is an in-game manual found under Extras that can help you with alot of the "Where is?/How do I?" questions.

on the team selection screen where you can move the controller over or switch between VIP's, that is one of the options with some of the buttons, along with changing jerseys, etc
go back there and you will see it
