I will be doing this in a sportscenter fashion with anchor Riku Showron and will have my first game up by tomorrow and more.

SportsCenter music plays and we zoom in on a shot of Riku sitting at the desk.
Riku: In a surprise move the St. Louis Blues who have made the playoffs 25 years in a row although without a single stanley cup under their belt have fired Mike Kitchen and Larry Pleau and have hired Brett Vann to take on control of the control of Coach and GMing for the 2004-2005 season. Vann was not available for comment but did sign for 1,000,000 dollars for a year with management saying that they think he can bring them a cup in years to come. The Blues will be opening the season @ the Pheonix Coyotes.

Sportscenter music plays and we see Riku waiting for the cameras.

Riku: The Blues roster and Coaching moves paid to be good as they went to beat the Pheonix Coyotes in their season opener. We'll open things up in the second period no score when things get scary for the Blues as Oleg Tverdovsky their latest signing, more on that later, goes down with a 2-4 month injury. Then the next play Blues on the powerplay Pheonix doesnt really care as Ladislav Nagy hits Eric Boguneicki as if to say hi i like to hit people as Boguneicki goes down with a 2-4 month injury. Yet the Blues answer not with more injurys but with not one but 2 goals by Scott Mellanby less than 30 seconds apart both on the PP.
The 3rd period begins with the Blues up 2-0 Pavol Demitra comforting the lead even more as he scores to give the Blues a 3-0 lead. Next Keith Tkachuk scores for it to be 4-0, Blues definately not done Demitra to Pronger to the back of the net to make it 5-0. The Coyotes answered back with a coal by Mike Johnson but it doesn't matter the Blues win 6-1.
We also mentioned Oleg Tverdovsky's signing. The Blues released this information last night to the public, they signed him to a 3 million dollar contract, and a .5 million dollar signing bonus.
