For VC, Guys Do You Want a Slam Dunk Contest For NBA??

Lets vote, vote on the poll, and express your vote more by posting a reply. VC has this knack for leaving things out, so if you guys say you want it, im sure they'll definitely include it in ESPN NBA 2K5.

Aight, we want a Slam Session for ESPN NBA 2K5, for All Star Weekend, and maybe just an extra outside of the Franchise. Just add tons of more dunks and add NBA-like dunks.


Even do us a favor and add dunks like behind the Freethrow line or breaking the backboard hard dunks or Jordan style dunks or off the backboard dunks, you get the idea, but this could be something you unlock. And so, when you unlock it, you have an option to play with "Special" dunks or just leave these fancy dunks out and just use the normal dunks.


Do you guys agree?? If so, vote, and add on or just express why you want it.

oh, and VC, a 3pt contest and Rookie vs. Sophmore game would be nice, we really want that too

well i got ncaa2k4 and i gotta say if thye put it in nba2k5 and keep it the same, then there better off getting rid of it. but if they could make it fun ''cool'' then hell ya have it, cuz heck as bad as ncaa is the slam dunk thing is the worst thing on it. but least add 3pt contest and the skills challenge ect.

I couldn't really keep away from the college hoops since I left my ESPN basketball at home for my brothers to enjoy. Still, I just kind of got it and it's off the chain. I'm addicted so much. I gotta say that you have to add the slam dunk contest cause it's hard enough to get you addicted. It's creative too. A lot of the dunks you see in the slam session also come up in the game which is kind of tight. Just a select few though. Make the list of dunks more available in the gameplay section. Dunks depending upon the situations too. Just a little thought. Blessings....

the 3-pt shoot out in live '98('97?) was great. it wouldn't hurt to add all these things to ESPN 2k5. it doesnt have to be a thing you have to do. if you dont like it than skip it.

I have wanted a slam dunk contest on a game for ever. That wouldbe so cool if you added that. Then you list a hole bunch of dunks and we pick one, but if our guy isnt good enough or we dont do it right we miss. But the better your guy and the better you are the better the dunks. That would be so cool. I really hope you add this in NBA2K5 that would make it a whole lot better then it already is.

No offence, but dunking is the easiest skill in the game. The three point shot is a science

If they were to add the Dunk contest first they would have to fix the dunking animations.

1st it will beat EA to something great
2nd it will bring basketball fans how usually don't play unless a mini game or somethin is on there

Would be nice to have, but glitches and animation fixes are the top priorities. If the game are well polished, then dunk contest would be an awesome extra gifts.
