I really like everyone’s ideas but I have another one that maybe someone has already mentioned. Ok here goes

The game should allow for cheating during recruiting. We all know it happens in some form or another and it could do several things for a coach.

It could allow a coach at a small school or someone who really needs to get a recruit to gamble and try and lure that recruit.
Now the repercussions could be nothing or they could be serious based on how often you cheat and/or if a player for some reason is unhappy with your program and spills the beans.
You could go on for years in the simulation mode recruiting here or there and then all of a sudden you receive an email saying that you are currently under investigation by the NCAA.
If academic records are included in the new one then possibly you could have the option of "tweaking" a record to make a player eligible.
These options could be limited in nature like having a certain amount of "cheating points" just like recruiting points.
Once you know you’re under investigation you could have choices about what you do either with that player or with the program.
If caught obviously you would probably get fired and have to take up a really small time job or perhaps sign on as an assistant somewhere.

I am just throwing out some ideas that can certainly be adjusted. We all know that cheating plays a significant role in college recruiting and it might be cool to include it. It could always be a choice as you set up a legacy to allow or not allow cheating. Thanks for reading and let me know what everyone thinks.

While we all know it happens, There is NO WAY the NCAA would lend their Logos and Licensing to a game that exploits the "lack of ethics" in recruiting that the NCAA tries so hard to police.

But I agree it would be kinda cool :D

exactly. if the NCAA allowed a game to consist of "under the table" money to high school recruits, then that wouldnt portray a very "clean" image of the recruiting process. sounds cool but aint ever gonna happen.
