Hanging up National Championship Banners.......

OK guys, this is a very good game...I certainly acknowledge that as loudly as the next person. But, something I would definitly like to see...if my school wins the Big Dance/National Championship...we wanna hang our banner in our gym or arena, so our fans and players can admire it next year..and the seasons to follow. And it should say the year that we won it..for obvious reasons. 'Cause when my boys win back-to-back championships...the only major decision will be...do we get another banner (or) do we opt for the one banner that says...Back-to-Back National Champions 2004-2005....(Oh Yeahhhhh.....).

This IMO would be ultra cool to add to this already great game for 2005.

I think he is saying like before the first game of the season there should be a little video like after you win the NC (with the cutting of the net and ****) of your team raising banner(s) (they could also raise a new year for conference championships etc.) and maybe handing out national championship rings (do they do that for college bball? I am pretty sure they do for football). And I agree thats a good idea there should also be more clips in general for legacy mode, it was nice that they added something for winning the championship but I would like to see more to be honest.

Sorry, I didn't make that very clear did I?....I would like to see them have a clip at the beginning of the following season (at the first home game, before they announce the statrting lineups), that would show the National Championship banner being raised..and affixed in that team's arena..to the thunderous ovation of their adoring fans....maybe even spotlight it as the schools band plays their fight song even.

Hey, a National Championship..should be savored, right?

That's a good idea, the before the home game thing, and I think they should do the same for just getting to the tournament, and sweet 16 and elite 8 and final 4, banners for each one. plus conference champions, etc.

I don't know about retired numbers, but it would def. be cool to have the banner raised at the beginning of the year. Def. cool idea
