I'm disappointed with the NBA's handling of the dunk contest again this year. Although the official names aren't out yet (I think), since they went with marketing instead of actually giving the fans what they want to see, the line-up will prolly be J-Rich, R.Jeff, DezMase and prolly would have been Amare, but he's injured. I don't like it cuz in order for the NBA to get the money from Sprite they call it the "Sprite Rising Stars" Dunk Contest, so any player with more then 3 years experience can't be in it, so Ricky Davis, T-Mac, Kobe, Vinsanity couldn't even be in it if they wanted. I know at least Ricky wants in. It's a horrible limitation. If J-Rich wins again he can't even defend the title next year.

The NBA needs to switch this up to get better competition in there. Drop Sprite or change the name NBA. I want to see Ricky vs. Vince. Now there's a dunk contest.

No matter what the conditions, Vince wouldn't have done another dunk contest. He has too much to lose and he really doesn't care that much

Vince is all about Vince and that's it.........

wade , THE strO shoW!!!!! he has to be in it!! one of the best dunker in the nba, i'm from vancity and when he played here they showed him at practise and he can take a dime of the TOP of the backbord!!! he does through the legs automaticly! yes he's that good, and in my personal opinion he did a better 360 windmill than VC in the dunk contest, compare them you'll see. but vc's was bigger cause no one had seen that being done before but the style and performance wise STro SHow!!! and i wana see Le bron too. also darvin ham! he's got hops!

So my realistic list than can accually happen is:
WADE
Stromile
LBJ
darvin ham

Ham can't even be in it since he's been in the league more then 3 years, neither can Stro. People are missing the point apparently.

they wouldn't be in it newayz, and prolly never again, so u guys need to just give up hopin they be in a dunk contest, i don't think its a rush for them to be in a dunk contest like it is for fans to watch them
