Boy, I just left out all the RAIDERS didn't I? LOL :P

MY BAD but I love Jerry Porter...that man is bad. I had him on my Fantasy Football team but he was sidelined with an appendix surgery. He WILL be one of the best and should've maybe made the list but...GOOD CALL

Shows how much you know about football, when you spell TORRY Holt. He was only the leading receiver this year and you don't know how to spell his name. Your polls blow, and they just show how little you actually know about this sport.

Troy Brown for BEST NFL reciever...Bwaaaa ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!

You have to be kidding me!!!!

Where is Hines Ward?

Steve Smith? Anquan(sp) Boldin? Troy Brown?

C'mon, any player do more, at his position, than Hines?

Block, Run, Throw, Hold the ball in traffic....(all without an ACL
in his left knee). The guy throws his 200 lbs around like a Linebacker!

I'd rank Ward behind Holt, Harrison, and maybe Mason with the Titans...but not far behind.

Good Topic for debate.

FridayFrenzy

I haven't participated in them chump.

When a reciever who got 472 yards this season is part of a poll for BEST NFL receiver, you know it is a joke.

This makes me laugh.

Friday Frenzy's having a pi55 fit because I left out all his favorites......awwwww

Grow up you little p-ssy, you can't put every deserving name on the POLL so I do not argue with you about the people you name. They are deserving too but you don't have to be an insulting a55hole just because your FAVORITES are not up there. TY LAW IS THE BEST so McCallister this B-tch.

BTW YOUR HEINESS, I have a friend Torrie, sorry for being human and not adding a Y you F-ckin little twirp.

Let me guess, your fa-ggy little team mates from seattle should be on here? Like that sorry as let down Koren Robinson? Ha Ha Ha

And you're laughin at us about football knowledge.

You're Pathetic

I never said Seahawkls should be on there, I dont care. They have 5 players going to the Pro Bowl. That is enough evidence for myself, instaed of a poll done on this messageboard.

McAlister is one of the BEST CBs in the league and yo didnt even have him on the poll.

Shawn Springs sucks now, he is the 2nd CB on the team, but he is still up for best CB in the NFL. Good call.

Well since you were too busy having your PUT DOWN PARADE, you forgot to notice that I did not do the BEST CB in the NFL, and these polls were intended to liven up the place but you had to come in here and act like a Jacka55. Do what comes naturally bro

If you are going to do a poll, then do it right HENCHMEN. If you don't know enough abou tthe NFL, then let someone else do it.

TROY BROWN for BEST WR?
ANQUAN BOLDIN for BEST WR?
STEVE SMITH for BEST WR?
SHAWN SPRINGS for BEST CB?
DRE BLY for BEST CB?
TRENT GREEN for BEST QB?
TRAVIS HENRY for BEST RB?

It seems to me that you are the one who is putting your favorite players on the polls, or you don't know anything about football. TROY BROWN has a vote, which I am assuming is you.

henchmen
January 29th, 2004, 01:17 PM
No actually I voted for Boldin who finished 3rd in the NFL in receiving yards only behind Holt and Moss, yah he only had 8 touchdowns but he plays for Arizona for crying out loud...Watch that name next year Junior.

Again, I did not do the CB Poll Dummy, I also just posted Trent Greens stats and he is one of the better QB's in the league, ...and Travis Henry played with broken bones, and he still did well. You just want every name to be a SUPER SUPER superstar, well I'll take Green over Hasselbeck for sure. Darryl Jackson dealt with concussions and butter fingers and Alexander is a great asset, one of the best. But don't discredit the names I put up...they were ALL valid, and say what you will about the small receivers like BROWN and SMITH but they're both about to play in the game that counts.....not sitting home in Seattle counting the last 3 hairs on their heads. Looks like you don't know what you're talking about...

Get Real you Punk

hey spell big game torry holts name right..he OWNS

FridayFrenzy
January 29th, 2004, 03:56 PM
You are right, I have never heard of Boldin before. ha ha. Boldin got GARBAGE yards from being down all game and having to catch up so he was thrown the ball all day. Andre Johnson will be better than Boldin next year.

Yup, a receiver that gets 40 catches for 472 yards should be considered THE best WR in the NFL. What am I thinkning? ha ha There are about 20 receivers who are better than Troy Brown and that is why you are a MORON for putting his name on that list. Troy Brown isn't even the best WR on New England. Both Givens and Branch had more yards, Branch had more receptions and Givens had more TDs than Brown. I see what you mena though, when you are the 3rd best WR on your team, you can still be the BEST WR in the ENTIRE NFL.

Playing hurt doess't make you an awesome RB. Henry was 11th in Rushing Yards in the NFL and only averaged 4.1 yards/carry. You didn't even have Deuce on your list, a young RB who was 4th in the league in rushing with a tough schedule and he rushed for over 100 yards in 9 straight games. But Henry played hurt so that makes him THE best in the NFL.

Your lack of knowledge is really showing.

FridayFrenzy
January 29th, 2004, 03:59 PM
Oh, and its DARRELL Jackson....not Darryl, but I'm sure you have a friend named Darryl as well. Ha Ha.

henchmen
January 29th, 2004, 04:08 PM
Well DARRELL Jackson isn't really significant in the NFL so it's easy to spell it wrong. You want to place down stat numbers on 2 injured All Pro's. You're right...genius, they're not the best...that's why they don't have all the votes. It's called Multilpe Chice and it's also called a POLL which is based on Opinion. By the Way NFL EXPERT...your BEST TE Thread was a JOKE...you left out many names but since you are so BLIND with your CRAPHAWKS you just had to put Mili in there....PLEASE, you don't know JACK about Football or about making a POLL. You're a Fool.

By the way I do have a Friend Darryl, the same way my name is spelled 5 different ways. What is this a Spelling Bee. Not for your garbage players

the best reciever in the league is derrick mason although ty law and the pats did shut him down however he burned over rated mcalister and the ravens , but i do also like darrel jackson of course being a seahawks fan

and we will go 14-2 next year and go on to beat the titans in the superbowl.

You show your lack of football knowlege by not including Mr. Ward in your poll.

Ward has better stats than any WR over the last 3 seasons.

Take a look at his pro bowl numbers, while you bask in his greatness.

Actually in 2002, Hines Ward finished 4th in Receptions and Yards. 2nd in TD's

In 2003, Hines Ward finished 4th in ALL categories.

I didn't go back to 2001 because your statement is already FALSE.

Maybe you guys should go to NFL.COM and check your information before you start making fun of others about "Football Knowledge". I do my homework and you cannot put every WR's Name on here.

I agree though that Hines Ward should've been on this list, but he's still not the BEST. He's got no one to throw him the ball...I would rather you address the issues with the Steelers Major Problems instead of Bashing a team that's in the SuperBowl.

MOSS is the best because he can single handedly dominate any CB in the game. Harrison has been shut down in like 3-5 playoff games.

FridayFrenzy

Darrell Jackson not significant??....He was the leading receiver on one of the most potent offenses in the NFL. He had more yards than Owens, Brown, Horn, Steve Smith, and not to mention tons of other WRs. He also had 9 TDs. Say what you want about Darrell Jackson, but he is certainly not insiginificant.

Explain to me how you have Troy Brown on your list please?? I want to know why he would even be considered up there, instead of Ward, Mason, Jackson, Moulds.

Please answer me that.

henchmen
January 30th, 2004, 10:51 AM

Answer me that....then I'll answer your BIG Troy Brown issue, even thought I already have

To be honest it is a good pick of wideouts. Of course, you cant put everyone in there. I will agree that Hines is better than most of the guys on there--you have to love the way the guy plays.

I voted for Marvin. Is there really a better route runner in the game. I dont think anyone can create seperation like this guy. I mean for years when you play the Colts you know Manning is going to Marvin, and until this year he was really their only deep threat and possesion guy. I know they have add other wideouts along side, but nothing compareable to the other #2 wideouts in the league. You double Marvin, he gets open. Roll the zone to him...he gets open. He is almost unstoppable--UNLESS you have TY LAW! Law plays Harrison so well.

I will say this, Moss has the most potentional of any wideout...but he plays lazy sometimes. I really thought he was coming back to form, but when that bears rookie ripped the ball out of his hands...COME ON MOSS!!!
