anybody know if the player names are real or made-up? i saw names on the back of thier jerseys in the video but every other college game ive played has had postion/jersey #. thanks all.

The names are fake. They cant put the real players names on the game. But Sega has an option when u first turn on the game to either make it put it Fake names for everyone or just play with #'s.

I know that EA is putting the option in March Madness to edit your rosters after the fact to put in the real player names. I hope VC/Sega does the same

i AM certain that they will...that is one of segas top priorities...but see man the reason they cant put the names in the game is because it goes against some kind of college rule

I'm almost positive you will be able to edit the player names, considering last year this was possible. The main thing I'm worried about is if we can edit the players looks, because if the game is like last year (luke walton was bald lol)then that would suck like no other. Hopefully will have the ability to make the players look like their real life counterparts.

I think i read some where there will be an edit player feature this year. I just don't know how extensive it will be.

oh word?? thats tight then, so i can edit the players appearance to his real life counterpart and then take him to the league. I just hope the appearances dont change this year and that XBOX import works

i think they should have a dl for real player names but im almost positive they cant do that

they would have to get a license from every college and then every college might not give it to them and then it costs them TONS of money...etc etc etc...so its just to hard

That doesn't mean u can edit a player appearence, only his hieght and accesories.

They have Rostyers for dowbload...real NAMES not just #s. There is a limit to how many teams thou I think its 144.... you think Kush wouldve made an allowance for that

oddly enough I see this game does have a download option. But i doubt that it would be lawful for them to provide us with real names.
