use your stregnth, if you can shoot, go inside out... if you can't, try to work it inside

there's alot of ways to beat this D, but the best way is to swing the ball around. good ball movement is the key to beating alot of defenses out there. but make sure you go inside first. then out. Trust me, you'll have shots all over the floor.

PASS THE BALL AROUND.
Not stupid passes. Maybe call a play where every one comes out on the perimeter or somethin or some1 cuts to the lane.

Pick a play with one of your post men coming to the high post. I like to set up my centre and have him kick it out when the defense collapses

USE YOUR SHOOTER.
HAVE YOUR PG BACKDOWN ANY OF THE ANTERIOR DEFENDERS BUT
MAKE SURE YOUR SHOOTER IS SET UP DIRECTLY BEHIND YOU. ONCE
YOU HAVE ENGAGED THE DEFENDER, KICK IT OUT TO YOUR SHOOTER
RIGHT BEHIND YOU FOR AN EASY CATCH AND SHOOT.

With my current team I like to get in the middle of the 2-3 with my PG.
Once I get my PG in the middle of the 2-3, I look to:
*Pass out to the open shooter when the D collapse.
*Shoot the 8-12ft jumper before the D collapse.
*Make a move to the basket for a layup/dunk if the D gives me a lane.
It really depends on what type of players you have. If you don't have any good jump-shooters then kicking it out want do any good.
