I was wondering what you guys think of those screen shots? I think the xbox version a few years ago looked better or atleast as good as the next gen picks. I really hope the first year next gen sports games are a huge step forward but I'm not seeing it yet. Maybe that's why we haven't seen hardly any sports games for the 360 being shown?

BLITZBURGH!!!!!

Anyway, I like the way it looks, but it's still not up to its capabilities obviously. I believe it comes out on Xbox 360's launch date too, so I guess this is the way it'll look, not sure though.

BLITZBURGH!!!!!

I was thinking the same thing.

Are the shots for Top Spin for the 360 the same as the ones here, or are they different? The ones here make me believe they should be for the Xbox version, not the 360. I guess I'd have to agree.

I finally saw those shots. They are very impressive, but not with what... well... what I imagined that next-gen graphics would appear to look like. Oh well, launch titles don't have to be the best looking. Remember when the PS2 and Xbox first came out? NFL 2K2 looks nothing like ESPN NFL 2K5. I guess it just takes time for them to advance in visuals.

However, the main thing... they can use Triple-Pass Rendering while keeping a smooth 60 FPS and anti-aliasing.

Yes, the triple-pass in 720p should be amazing! I have very high expectations for photo realistic graphics this time around. Being a 35 year old gamer I think these systems can acheive that. The videos of PGR3 prove that very nicely. If the can make cities and cars look real they can surely make stadiums, turf and players look real. That is what I expect anyways.

The next-gen will have an automatic improvement in that jaggies will be gone (anti-aliasing and HD).
