Personally, for me, when it comes to style and court vision and just intelligence, I say Jason Kidd..........you just gotta luv em, the kid is nice. But I also like Magic.

Magic or Oscar, they might not have been have flashy as Kidd, but they were better.

kidd is great and magic was unique but even them just follow the way which pistol walked years ago, Maravich changed just a game in the show which is today, and he enjoyed doing that.... just showtime.

Magic Johnson. Jason Kidd is probably in the Top 6-8.

I think any list of the greatest PG's also has to include John Stockton and Mark Jackson. To my way of thinking, they're top five at least

Haha Wiz! Jason Kidd? Wow...
Anyways, I'll just put my top five...
1) Magic
2) Big O
3) Isiah
4) Stock
5) The Glove
Kidd might be in between 6 and 10, but not the top five.
I'd say that Stock was the best pure point guard. He was a coach's dream floor general, but overall, Magic was a better player than all of them.

Ervin "Magic" Johnson, plain and simple. He did every single thing a point guard could do and more. Grant it, other's paved the way and changed the game, but I believe those who perfected the game are the real best. Like Magic Johnson, or Larry Bird, or Michael Jordan. You have superstars, but then you have legendary superstars.
