No one will ever play me, i challenge for about 20 mins, then decide to play the computer. People won't even answer my challenges with a decline, they just let me wait. It's extremely frustrating, does anyone else have this problem?

It's annoying stupid people don't watch to accept challanges, sometimes it takes me like 10 min to find a game

I have tried 15-20 times on occation before giving up trying to find games. WHen I try and connect I also am just left waiting.. no reject.. or anything. Sometimes I get it first try. On average it takes me about 5 tries. I find it hard to belive somtimes 20 people can be away from the xbox. Is there some other crazy thing happening here?
also, I got 3 disconnects in a row with a friend whom has the same ISp as me (comcast cable) we both went on to play other people with no problems.
something shaddy is going on here. I must say rivals online interface compleatly dominates espn's. But I stick with espn because the actual games is way better. Hope they clean up the lobby system.

ok... :|
But you do not have to have a game created. You will still appear online if your not hosting a game.
Even so I find it hard 20 of 20 .. I tried every single one a few times.. were all doing this.
I use xbox so if PS2 does not have a "friends" account I guess this does not apply to you.

I have played this game on both consoles and I think it's safe to say that it's MUCH easier to find a game on PS2 than on XBOX. I've honestly taken maybe up to 20 mins to find a game on there. PS2 is relatively easy, if you know the guy's not there, it's noted that "Session not available"
I expect XBOX to re-arrange their online menu setup for next year cause it can be quite frustrating for a player looking for a game.

Thats sad. Xbox gives them more options in alot of ways to make it easyer. Talk about dropping the ball.
If you ever used the rivals lobby you would see what I mean. IT works great.

Also you can do updated rosters.... etc on rivals.
its almost like they dumbed it down for the ps2... but your saing ps2 is easier... so that makes no sense.

I have, it's noted that "Session not available".Dude you leave your PS going all day, not only do leave me and others Ive talked waiting for an anser, then your name will be on the screen for the rest the night w/ session not avalible. As a favor to me could you log out before you leave your system, thanks dude

For you, Grambo, I will make the effort... but the times that you've seen me in that position, I've more than likely forgot that it was still on.
I hope I haven't ruined your online experience.

from my experience, some games still appear as available even while people are playing a game. meaning....if someone is playing a
one-on-one game, there game may show up on the challenge screen as having 2 players. there's no way to tell if it's one-on-one or if there are 2 people on one system. if you challenge them, they won't answer because they are in a game already. i also find that people create games and sometimes it says there are 0 players. sometimes it happens to me when i create a game, so i just exit and create it again and it works. challenging the players with a 0 also seems to result in waiting and waiting and getting no response.
