the lag-fest has to stop...even football is barely playable with LAG. basketball? much-too fast paced...shooting and free-throws are a nightmare...you did it for baseball--so bless the hoopers too--BROADBAND ONLY IN 2005....

hmm, when I play madden even playing some one with good connection it still slower but playing this game online with some one with good connection like my self I can barely tell the difference it works fine.

Play some one else who has dial up though is a different story.

Thats why you get Xbox Live where you cant play without Boardband connection. 8)

Thats what's good but not so good about Xbox. Its down side is people who can't afford or cant even get broadband(depending where they live) can't play online.

Yes dial-up doesnt work well on fast pace games like sports but there will be some RPG games coming out and I played EQOA a couple of times on dial-up and it works well with those type of games.

For all u PS2 players that are woried about lagging just play people with the voice thing....only people with broadband can use those.

I have a PS2, and I don't have any problems with lag.
