With the NBA Trade Deadline fast approaching, I thought this type of thread might be worthwhile to get a line on any rumours that are out there
Here's one from the Toronto Sun this Morning:
Trade rumours of swirled around the Raptors all season, and the latest one has Curry, Michael Bradley and Morris Peterson heading to Washington for centre Brendan Haywood and forward Christian Laettner -- a rumour that made O'Neill squirm.
"I won't make that ultimate decision, but if anyone asks me about trading Mike Curry, I would be totally against it," he said. "But obviously I don't ultimately make any of those decisions."
Bradley, who has not played this season because of right knee tendinosis and surgery late last year, said again last night that he is just about ready to play, and now it's up to O'Neill and GM Glen Grunwald to activate the third-year forward
Feel free to add any comments or post the latest rumour from your favorite team -- try to make sure your rumour is coming from a viable source (that may not include Peter Vescey)...........

The Timberwolves have gotten just 15 games out of free-agent signee C Michael Olowokandi, who had knee surgery in December. But Minnesota has not missed him much -- in fact, the Timberwolves have gone 25-6 since Olowokandi last played. That is due, in part, to improved chemistry, but it's also because of the play of C Ervin Johnson and F/C Oliver Miller. The team is so pleased with those two, in fact, that a league source says the Timberwolves have been quietly looking for a deal for Olowokandi. . . .

These last few weeks have been particularly unsettling, perhaps even without any basis in fact. But there it is: The buzz inside Arco about a potential Christie trade by the Feb. 19 deadline has become so persistent that the community's inseparable couple, initially dismissive of the possibility of leaving Sacramento, suspect that Kings officials are in the process of crafting a divorce agreement.
Curry and Chandler are a no go
http://www.suntimes.com/output/bulls/cst-spt-bull092.html
After considering trade offers for Eddy Curry and Tyson Chandler, Bulls operations chief John Paxson has come to a conclusion.
''Eddy and Tyson aren't going anywhere,'' Paxson said after practice Sunday.
And what about Jamal Crawford?
''I don't see us doing anything with Jamal,'' Paxson said. ''The reality is we still have the chance to match anything he gets in the summer [as a restricted free agent].
''And who knows? If he wants to be here, he has a new agent [Leon Rose], so maybe there's a way we can work something out with him anyway.''
Also
Paxson might have lost one of his trade assets Sunday. Kendall Gill, who has been part of discussions with Detroit, said he wouldn't report to the Pistons or any other team who might trade for him, except for the Lakers. The Chicago native plans to retire as a member of the Bulls.
''I'm not going anywhere, unless I get traded to the Lakers,'' Gill said. ''The other team would be trading for salary because Kendall Gill won't be playing for them.
''I won't be going to Detroit. I would retire.''

Rodney White: For about the 10th time in the last few weeks, say sources, there was contact yesterday between Isiah and Kiki Vandeweghe regarding the 6-8 official scorer. However, he's been on such a tear of late it's doubtful the Nuggets will trade the rising restricted free agent. Doleac or Othella Harrington ($2.9M/$3.1M) and a pair of second rounders may have tempted Kiki a month ago, but it's unlikely now.
Unless, however, a three-way accord can be reached involving the Hawks, who also have designs on White - the Knicks would get Mohammed, Atlantic would get White and Doleac, and Denver would get Harrington.
The Raptors, looking to get Harrington, are trying to get involved by bumping Denver out of the three-way and offering Michael Curry to the Hawks. Again, the Knicks would get Mohammed and Doleac would end up in Atlanta.

I don't know if it's true but I herd that T-Mac could be headed to Detroit for Memhet Okur and Richard Hamilton. I don't think the contracts match, but this could be good for T-Mac because he has a team now...
