I was kind of disappointed in losing Vandermeer. We have been down with defensemen, but I guess other previous transactions(for Markov and Timander) cover for losing Jimmy. He's a good one Chicago!

As for Zhamnov, I really like the guy. they say he's good 2 way player.

EDIT: WHAT HAPPENED TO ERIC WEINRICH? I know he was traded to the St.Louis Blues, but for what?

They traded Weinrich for nothing, like 4th round draft pick or something, and I think maybe some minor leaguer. :roll:
