HOW DO I PLAY A BLOODY RANKED GAME VS PLAYERS OF MY CHOICE?

Outside of going to QUICK MATCH,how in the **** can u play a ranked game in this version? Must I continue to play the darn xbox version? NEED some advice!

I don't think you can,I would like to know why you can't challange friends,also why can't you play ranked hall of fame games????? pretty ****in lame IMO,also on these boards there is not support from the game makers,I guess we will have to wait for EA

I dont know what the he77 they did with this thing. Man the xbox version was almost perfect....why why why did they screw around with it. All these cheaters, who do not know hockey playing all star...just sucks. I really am not reallin interested in playin this game anymore.. I mean look at the oilers 3rd jerseys...WTF. Nice numbers and the microscopic lettering. And the extremely fat chris pronger..

Man oh man, i hate to say, I want to see what EA's NHL 06 will look like. At least they care about things like presentation. Their games may suck, but no one from 2K seems to really care about hockey either so we have to do something

Nope. Only way to play custom games is in the unranked lobby. Retarded

The way to play a ranked game against your friends? I had that problem too. However, it's easy.

Yell your friend to go to a lobby that no one else is in. (Like the skills lobby) If you have your online settings set to a specific level and game type, simply send them a custom challenge.(I think you can change your settings before game, not sure) However, because you sent them a custom challenge, you will play the level and game type you selected, and also the game will be ranked. Even though you're in the skills lobby, since you sent a custom challenge, you'll play a regular game.
