I been at this for liek half an hour I swear I hit every button on the controller and I looked in the FAQ and never say anything...just an EA gamer trying to get used to this game, any help appreciated thanks..

I had the same problem at first, I understand where you're coming from. Welcome aboard with 2k. I hated NHL 06, even though I played a couple hundred games of it. So glad to have this game now. It's real hockey instead of arcade BS, but you can have arcade BS if that's your thing as well.

how do u adjust the contract offer (ex. years/$$$ etc.) and add incentives?

Use the Right Thumbstick, move it up or down...hope it helps..

Hey! I was ranked like 10th in that "arcade bs". There are some things I like better in NHL 06 though. (some) I think I was like 64-6 in that game. Stupid dropped connections. Seriously, 2k6 really isn't next gen imo. Glad I just rented it.
