Are the problems with open tables fixed?

I am having no problems with the Patch. Some people it seems are, but I find it strange because it works great for me. Strange thing is in the offline the characters look WAY better than before. I don't think 2k mentioned that in their forum post for the patch, but they are a ****uva lot better than b4.

Everything started out alright but now my open table money banks 0% of the time.

No matter how much I make, its a guarantee that if I quit the table I'm back to $1000.00.

I'm through wasting my time both on WPT and on 2k games. Sorry guys but if free software like Party Poker and Ultimate Bet can figure out banking, than a game I pay for should be able to as well.

Ever since the auto-update, the game does not display graphics on my set. I can hear the sounds of the game when it starts up but no graphics. I think they disabled/removed the ability to render its graphics at 480p (my xbox is connected to my tv in a port that doesn't support 480i, only 480p, 720p, and 1080i).

Tech support has completely ignored my requests to address and resolve the problems, which is getting me extremely unlikely to ever purchase another 2K game again.

Again, the game worked fine before the update - no graphics after. Boo!
I wish I could get a refund.
