1 final thing....perhaps you could have the ranking system "reward" a player for using a lesser rated team....for example, you would get more rating points for a win with the D-rays than a win with the Yanks...

yeah I like that idea, I often times use the d-rays, or the rockies, or some scrub team like that, I like the idea of a reward system.
