When a fly ball is down the line, and a RF dives head long INTO the wall to make the catch...and NO INJURY??? Come on, please fix.....AND, players running THROUGH each other, like at firstbase...Needs to be fixed.

Yep I totally agree......their a never any realistic injuries but sometimes a guy gets hurt doing nothing.That is sumthung MVP did well, making realistic injuries.

HAHAHA...I remember playing the game, turning a double paly and my left fielder would be out with a elbow injury or something.

I would love to see a guy dive into the wall get a concussion or a broken collar bone.
