I play here at Brazil. But i can't compare to any level on USA hehe

I am a Pitcher/Shortstop here

Started playing this year baseball, my highest velocity was mid 60 back in July. Now i think i might reach 70 but more likely to reach high 60's.

And a little Off-Topic, but why Muff McFluff was banned?

My positions were:

Shortstop, 3rd Base, Pitcher, I always batted 1st or 3rd.

Started in Little League, Babe Ruth League, High School Varsity, Two Years in the
US Army, then I coached Pony League.

I'm still passionate about Baseball!

We Miss Muff McFluff! We need him back here soon!

Muff was banned for no reason. I guess the admins just ban someone they don't like even when someone doesn't do anything bad.

I will continue to believe that until I'm proven different.

Yeah, he could always find something wrong with ANY GAME. But, he always had a solution for it. Hope to see him back soon.

Oh well that's the way things used to work around here. I haven't been on untilk recently, so i don't know if thigs have changed. I remember when I got a nice little threatning email here for being "too critical"

Apperantly we are only supposed to discuss the good things and turn our heads to anything that was wrong with the game.

Even when I argue or as I like to call it, "debate" with other members here, I never direct any kind of vulgarity at them-so it was not like I was being rude or obnoxious.

IMO the people that are critical of the game are usually the people that really know what they are talking about and from my experience here, they are usually currrent or former baseball players. To me, those are the people that you want to listen to. There really is nothing better than constructive criticism. After all, we all want the game to be as good as it possibly can.

Personally, I hate pro base ball. I think the players are way over payed for what they do. The only baseball game I liked was world series 98 for the saturn. Untill last last year with 2ks new introduction to Baseball.

Thanks to 2k I started getting interested in NFL and keeping up with what actually went on in the seasons. But thanks to the NFL and EA, the only reason I know anything is because I live in Denver and its on the news all the time how well their doing. Other than that I couldnt give a rats behind. It took about four years of playing NFL 2k before I started getting interested in the NFL and then the NFL destroyed all that work in one year by giving the game to EA.

My actual point, if 2k can keep releasing baseball as good if not better than last year, in a few years I may actually be able to tell you whos leading what confrence in real life if I met you on the street. Keep up the good work 2k and dont let the lack of competition let you slack.

Unfortunately, most of the games I played for withthe River Dogs we played at some college in Prince George's County in MD. The baseball field was a disaster and wasn't worth the money the league was paying for it.

When I played for the DC Dukes we played in a few high schools in Fairfax Co. Virginia and we played some games at Galludet College and Howard University. Those fields were nicer.

Dude, I think the original post was supposed to be about playing ACTUAL baseball. You know? Getting off of your couch and grabbing a glove and bat and having social interaction with other human beings?
